Open KineMaster

Select Media and select Solid Color as Solid Black Color (set duration i.e 1 min / 30 sec or as desired)

Then tap on the layer, select Media again and tap on the Photo, to which you want to add the effect.

Tap the layer and add the smoke effect that will be in the downloads (tap the download button below👇, to download the smoke effect video clip)
